Taylor Swift has got to be one of the most overrated singers in recent memory. These are people that can actually sing higher notes than Taylor Swift (her vocal range is 2 octaves, 1-1/2 notes). Some of these people might actually shock you.
Chad Robert Kroeger is a Canadian musician and producer, best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the Canadian rock band, Nickelback. You don't need to be an amazing singer to be a worthwhile, talented artist. Taylor Swift can carry a tune but she isn't incredible, yet she really puts on a show and is a great songwriter. Unlike most pop stars, she never uses autotune or lip sync.
