The Top Ten
1 Jackie Evancho Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Evancho is an American classical crossover singer who gained wide recognition at an early age. Since 2009, she has issued an EP and eight albums, including a platinum and gold album, and three Billboard 200 top 10 debuts. Evancho's latest album 'The Debut', was her eighth consecutive release to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Classical Albums chart. In 2017, Evancho performed the U.S. national anthem at the presidential inauguration of Donald Trump and became the youngest person ever to perform a concert series at Café Carlyle.

I pride myself on how extensive of a taste in music I have, so it embarrasses me to say it's taken until 2017 to come across such an amazing talent. I'm not very easy brought to tears, but the first time I heard this young lady sing it was like she knew exactly who she was singing to, and what words, in what key, were going to break me down. I can say, without a doubt, Jackie is easily the most emotionally impact singer I have ever have the please of coming across. May her happiness and career both last her a lifetime.

There is no contest here; Jackie wins. I have never seen another singer, of any age in any genre from any era, who consistently has so many people in her audiences who are crying. Jackie has a profound emotional impact on her listeners, & has been able to do it since she was 9. It should be impossible for one so young to convey emotions she's never even had, but there she is. She'll touch your heart.

My emotions were severely impacted on August 10, 2010. A 10 year-old little girl allowed my to hear perfection. Pure, beautiful musical perfection. Here in 2018 I still listen to that vocal perfection every single day. And like that magical night in 2010, I look forward to attending another Jackie Evancho concert.

Here is what her listeners experience when they hear Jackie sing: tears of joy, shivers, goosebumps, dropped jaws, euphoria, rapture, temporary pain relief and extreme gratitude for having had the opportunity to be in her presence. I could go on... But you get the picture.

2 K.S. Chithra Krishnan Nair Shantakumari Chithra, often credited as K. S. Chithra or simply Chithra, is an Indian playback singer from Kerala. Chithra also sings Indian classical, devotional, and popular music.

K.S.Chithra's voice is powerful not only because she hits high notes, but also because she sings with the right emotions. She transfers it from the song to every listeners, her voice is but a mere channel. Chithra gives the right swag, she portrays the right feelings she conveys the right message which captures the listeners.

Even though I can't honestly call myself a fan, I have to agree with you about K.S.Chithra - and you rated her so high! I have never heard a bad word said about her, even those who don't 'get her'. I have to admit that there is something in her performances and singing that captures peoples' minds

She enjoyed what she did so much her live usually included laughing. When she did laugh her unbelievable vocal range was displayed to be so rich and musical. That is why my Greatest Female singers consists of just one name Chithra.
