FOB is best known for their lyrical creativity (especially in Folie À Deux)
And their band leader is no other than Pete Wentz.

This guy is a lyrical genius in his own way. There's this way that he just writes that just gets you mesmerized and stuck with what he wants to say - that is if you understand what Patrick sings. If you want to listen to a lyrically beautiful album, I would recommend Folie À Deux. It's to date their best album lyrically, clearly beating From Under The Cork Tree, which a lot of people call their best album.

"I got troubled thoughts, and the self-esteem to match", is a line in one of the greatest songs [What a Catch, Donnie] from Folie À Deux. Then there's 7 Minutes In Heaven (Atavan Halen) which is about Pete's suicide attempt, yet another one of his greatest lyrical works. Infinity On High, is would I personally would call their album about love. A ...more - Juicepaketet
