Top Ten Songs that are Called Heavy Metal but are Not
I believe Black Sabbath is the first Heavy Metal band and this song in particular is admired by much of the heavy metal community. To me it's metal, but a lot of the time, distinguishing between metal and hard rock is just splitting hairs.
Believe it or not but I was working on a similar list and Paranoid was my #1, too. I will add some more songs that were on my draft.
