I agree. This song is more Speed Metal and people are calling it Black Metal because of the title.
Venom invented this name but they never were Black Metal, they were Speed Metal and on the more heavier side of the NWOBHM.

A typical example for people concentrate for the lyrics, and not the actual music. It sounds nothing like black metal. Not even a very heavy song.

Bathory's debut wasn't black metal. It was thrash.
