Top 10 Songs On Blind Guardian's Imaginations from the Other Side

'Imaginations From The Other Side' was released in 1995. In 2005, this album was ranked number 373 in Rock Hard magazine's book of The 500 Greatest Rock & Metal Albums of All Time.

It was the last album to feature vocalist Hansi Kürsch as bassist and the first album since their debut in which Kai Hansen (Gamma Ray) did not guest on vocals or guitar.
The Top Ten
1 Bright Eyes

The most unique song on this album and one of the most unique songs I've ever heard.

2 A Past and Future Secret

2nd most unique song on the album. Words can't describe the magic of this ballad - so deep, beautiful and emotional.

This is the best song on this album.

3 Another Holy War

At 1:30 Hansi sounds very harsh and aggressive - almost like Tom Araya.

4 I'm Alive

I have to say that one year ago the order of these songs on my playlist was a bit different.

5 Mordred's Song

It's really difficult to make lists about albums on which the songs are almost equally good but you have to put them in order.

6 Imaginations from the Other Side
7 The Script for My Requiem

One of their songs that sound better live, in my opinion.
The intro riff is one of their best and the chorus is great, too (no surprise here). When live, the riff and the chorus sound more impressive.

8 And the Story Ends
9 Born In a Mourning Hall
10 The Wizard

A great Uriah Heep cover (Japanese Bonus Track).
The original album has 9 tracks.
