Best Songs from Ethel Cain's Preacher's Daughter

One of the best albums of the 2020s, an absolute epic of a debut that tells a narrative about the south, religion, trauma, love, innocence, abuse, and violence that's one of the most beautiful and soaring records of this century so far. It's long at 76 minutes and it goes to extremely dark places so I can't promise you'll like it, but I can't recommend it enough.

This song seems to be on almost every 2022 best song list I can find. Honestly I'm struggling to find a description for it. As far as I understand it's more or less about dreams that were never fulfilled but yet a part of it somehow doesn't feel sad. I can't really tell what it is though.
