The more I listened to this song, the more it got to me. This is another song that's like Hey Man, Nice Shot, in that it is apparently about a suicide. Jeff Ward is the subject of the song, he was a former drummer for bands like NIN and Ministry, and was a close friend of singer Richard Patrick. It's said he committed suicide in his own car from carbon monoxide poisoning.
