Top Ten Songs from Fler's "Vibe"

Fler's 2016 album "Vibe" is one of the greatest German hip hop albums of the 2010s and I am sure it will become a classic in the decades to come.

Fler has been around for way over a decade when "Vibe" was released, but this was what made him one of the top rappers of his country. It made trap mainstream in Germany, and earned Fler much praise, especially for his musicality. In Germany, trap became a counter movement to the trending rappers that focus on extremely complex rhymings and portraying a stage persona, while not caring about flow, authenticity or feeling the music.

Fler has started off as an authentic street rapper in the early 21st century and was most famous for the Bushido collaboration album "Carlo Cokxxx Nutten". His other albums were of moderate success, but he was never considered a great or important rapper. He switched to trap in the 2010s, and his reviews became better, and "Vibe" became his ultimate breakthrough.
