This belongs on the Top Three with "Do You Remember Walter? " and "Picture Book". It's a longing for simpler times in British culture, and I love the rhymes that Ray came up with (affinity and virginity, vernacular and Dracula) that still fit the mood of the song. A great opener to a great album.
