Top Ten Songs on an Ophthalmologist's Playlist

If you can read this text you're too close ;) Maybe you should visit a good Ophthalmologist. Knock loudly, they might not hear you on account of playing any one of these songs. If you have any fitting suggestions to help their playlist grow, feel free to add :).

The Top Ten

1 I'd Rather Go Blind - Etta James
2 Can't You See - The Marshall Tucker Band
3 Can You See Me - The Jimi Hendrix Experience

I can see! You're unforgettable, 'member? ;). - Britgirl

5 Tell Me What You See - The Beatles
6 I Can't See Texas from Here - George Strait
7 I Can See For Miles - Who

I really don't think I could ever get tired of this perfect song. - Ned964

10 How You Gonna See Me Now - Alice Cooper

The Contenders

11 Pinball Wizard - The Who

Really hard to vote on this list. I went with this today because I can remember hearing (Seeing? ) this song/album for the first time. It was that day I became aware of the songwriting brilliance of Pete Townsend. - Ned964

It just struck me. I hate when the pop up list shows the wrong album associated with the song I'm choosing, and I really hate it when I hurriedly and inadvertently choose the flawed option. Anyway, isn't Pinball Wizard on Meaty Beaty Big and Bouncy? - Ned964

My bad, Pinball Wizard is on both Albums - Ned964

No problem. I would never have known your faux pas had you not said. Ha! - Britgirl

12 See a Little Light - Bob Mould

Great, inventive and funny list. I haven't thought of this album, "Workbook", in a while so I'm glad this list reminded me. In my opinion, this song is a highlight of one of my favorite albums. If I could have only 10 albums stranded on a deserted isle, this would be one of them. - Ned964

I was lucky enough to have seen Bob Mould live once, a solo show here in his hometown of Minneapolis. Anyway he stopped the show and asked the audience if he could stop playing for awhile, if we could just do a little Q&A as he was tired from touring and glad to be home. It was so cool, he answered maybe 15-20 questions, inculding one of my own, noted some requests and started playing again. It was nice to get some insight into the life of an artist I respect. - Ned964

13 Eyesight to the Blind - Sonny Boy Williamson II

...I never saw this until now (ironic) and also never heard it until now. Better late than never. I really love it. If it was added by whom I think it was added...thank you :) And if it wasn't added by whom I think then thank you to whomever did add it. - Britgirl

"And the whole world know she fine." Who else? :).
