This is a cover song (Yardbirds) and it's a very creative version - they covered only the instrumental part and made it sound kinda metal-ish. Later Rainbow made at least 2 covers of this song with the lyrics and vocals - Dio sang this song live, and also Doogie White sang it on Rainbow's last album, 1995.
