Before there was Britney and Christina, there was...Robyn? Strange to hear, but in fact true. Before either made their first albums, Robyn's first album helped lay the groundwork for female teen pop stars of the late 90s and early 2000s with her R&B influenced music and vocals.
Her next two records (released only in Sweden and Japan) followed this R&B influenced sound but her fourth introduced the dance/electronic music we associate Robyn with today.
