I really hope this song is a joke though.
Shindy is a great rapper and a good producer... but wow. As a non-professional I recreated this beat in about a minute. Two synth lines, and a short, cut-off clap. Every once in a while a crash sound. There also appears to be a quiet bass line. But that clap alone annoys me.
And on top, both Shindy and Ali Bumaye, both good German rappers, talk absolutely unfocused nonsense that barely rhymes.
I can sum up in one word why Lil Wayne is miles away from being the worst rapper: Donk.
by the way: even though that beat is basic as hell, his vocals are way more static and repetitive.
