Top 10 Songs with Continents in the Title

Metal_Treasure
I didn't know whether to include songs that have 'America' in the title but actually refer to the USA and not to the continent America (North and South America).
Nevertheless, such songs technically contain the name of the continent in the title so I included them. I am still not sure if I was right and tried to make a top 10 without many songs about America=USA because they may not belong in this list.
