Songs with the Top 10 Guitar Solos Longer Than 1 Minute

A list about epic guitar solos to celebrate the iconic guitarists who played them.
I know that not everyone likes long guitar solos but I hope there are people who do.
The Top Ten
1 Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd

What happened to my list title? It was edited by Admin but I think it should be Top 10 Songs with Guitar Solos Longer Than 1 Minute.
My original list title was Top 10 Guitar Solos Longer Than 1 Minute (because I wanted to rank the solos and not the songs)

2 A Light in the Black - Rainbow

A very intense, fast and technical solo.

3 Highway Star - Deep Purple

An iconic solo widely regarded as the first true metal solo (3:45-5:03)

Excellent solo.

4 Ram It Down - Judas Priest
5 Hotel California - Eagles
6 Keeper of the Seven Keys - Helloween

I loved that particular solo, even more than the legendary song itself..

7 Child In Time - Deep Purple
8 Caught Somewhere In Time - Iron Maiden
9 Green Grass and High Tides - The Outlaws

After reading the "Favorite Songs of TheTopTens Users" list, I realized that this song is the perfect candidate for this list. The end solo is about 4:40 long, and it has some of the most accomplished guitar playing of its time. If you are reading this list and have never heard this song, listen to the whole thing now!

10 November Rain - Guns N' Roses
The Contenders
11 Crying in the Rain - Whitesnake

Guitarist - John Sykes (ex-Thin Lizzy, Tygers of Pan Tang)

The solo is about 1:10 minutes long (I mean the solo to the 1987 re-recorded version).
The solo to the original 1982 version is also over 1 minute but it's pretty different.
The original solo is bluesy and slower. In 1987 the band had another lead guitarist, John Sykes, who played a metal solo. He nailed it. Killed it.

12 Eruption - Van Halen

I personally disagree (even though that's your opinion). I think
What actually bugs me is that so many people just say that this soko has no feeling, which is untrue. I really feel this solo. But in the end, it all comes down to opinions. I dearly love this solo, especially the legato tapping licks.

It is about 1:40 minutes long but the essential part of the solo isn't very long because there are long whammy bar effects.
Unpopular opinion: I think this solo is overrated (but if you disagree that's perfectly OK).

I have A lot of respect for anyone who can play this song

13 Story of the Blues - Gary Moore
14 The Man (That I Don't Know) - Primal Fear

I mean the 2nd solo (outro solo) - it is 1:20 minutes long, 4:45-6:05

15 Cast Down the Heretic - Nile

It's actually over 2 minutes (the song is brutal technical death metal)

16 Ride the Sky - Helloween
17 Judas - Helloween
18 Rain - Gamma Ray
19 Shesmovedon - Porcupine Tree
20 Ride the Lightning - Metallica
21 Bat Out of Hell - Meatloaf
22 Firth of Fifth - Genesis

Steve Hackett's solo is about 2:30 long. It's one of those solos that is made for texture, not guitar pyrotechnics.

23 Crossroads - Cream

The second solo is 1:03 long. This is the solo that got me into blues guitar.

24 Sway - The Rolling Stones

1:40 long. This was the solo where I realized how underrated and clever Mick Taylor is.

25 Too Rolling Stoned - Robin Trower

The outro solo is about 4:30 long. It has the perfect groove to lay back and jam on.
