I don't know what your bibimbap with kimchi means. The sauce for traditional bibimbap is soy sauce, so it is not spicy at all, but the sauce for other modern bibimbap is red pepper paste, so it is spicy, but it is just 1/10 the spiciness of Thai chili. Also, you can control the amount of that sauce yourself. And kimchi is not spicy, but tangy due to raw garlic and fermentation. Neither bibimbap nor kimchi should be on the list of spiciest foods.
