Sheev Palpatine (also known by his Sith identity Darth Sidious and publicly as Senator Palpatine, then Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, and later Emperor Palpatine) is a fictional character and one of the primary antagonists of the Star Wars franchise, mainly portrayed by Ian McDiarmid. But he has done wicked stuff like ordering Dooku to kill Asajj, the whole thing with the senate, kill Savage, and the whole order 66 thing.
He is a villain and villains are supposed to be evil. And I never felt like punching him in the face because he was a villain let's say a hero messes up like somehow everyone forgave Wanda even though she kills inocent people and weaked towns because she was so self centerned and only cares about herself. While Palpatine here been a villain from the start.

And she always thinks she's better than other people and always says her plans works better than Yoda's which is stupid and Ahsoka's plans always suck plus she is just a cash cow.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe, played by Sir Alec Guinness and Ewan McGregor. Uncommon opinion, I want to punch him in the face not because he is a bad character, but he is just way too nice. He is always like "no, don't kill him", which causes the enemy to slip right through the Republic's fingers. If it wasn't for the Jedi being too nice, the Republic would not have been broken. Obi Wan is a perfect example of this, but there are plenty of Jedi that are like this too.
