Also,GOLB is the God of Destruction and Chaosity(I don't know if I spell it right)!
Prismo can easily make a wish for Finn that The Lich never exist.But he can't make a wish for Magic Man to bring back Margles.
Since the episode "Whispers" is implied that the Litch was created by GOLB, or at least is under it's controll or influence. Also GOLB was shown to be even more powerful than Primso since it can prevent it's wishes.
