He reprises his role as a secondary antagonist during the Fifth Holy Grail War in Fate/stay night. He is a secondary antagonist in the Fate route, the true main antagonist in the Unlimited Blade Works route, and a minor antagonist in the Heaven's Feel route. This guy is truly overpowered. His only weakness is his arrogance, he never fights seriously since he refuses to believe that there's someone who's nearly as strong as the King of Heroes!

-Lancers lives matter and he is undoubtedly the best one.
-Awesome personality that truly showed why he deserves the title king.
-Karna was horribly nerfed in the fate series, even so still out preformed most servants like vlad.
-Vasavi shakti in the mythology can nuke an entire solar system, not just a planet like achilles shield.
-Karna originally had perfect invulnerability (not that 90% absorb shield) insane archery, speed and god like fire bending skills and was one of the first to master all known martial arts.
-His only weakness is plot armor, Nasu also stated that he is as powerful as gilgamesh. And with him being a lancer class on top of that would literally mean gilgamesh would lose to karna.
