This list is completely stupid! The One Above All (I'll call him Toaa) is literally the creator of marvel! Nothing can beat him! And he can't beat anyone! Because if he did, it would be unfair! It would be boring! Take Saitama for example! He has infinite and unknown power and he searches for that one enemy who will give him a true battle!
