I LOVE TITS

22 Cloyster

Super Underrated. He is great at sweeping, using these simple steps :
Get focus sash
Get the skill link ability
Get shell smash
Get icicle spear.

Shell smash will double your attack and speed, and the focus sash will guratee you survive. Shell smash will make your base attack about 190, and speed will be 140. Icicle spear with skill link will have a base 125 attack, and since icicle spear is multi-hit, not even focus sash users are safe. Cloysters unpopularity also helps him, as not much know what you will do.

23 Azumarill

Azumarill is a water/fairy type that doesn't seem like much at first. However, when you look at its potential in competitive gameplay, you'll rethink your opinion on this Pokémon. If you set Azumarill up with the Choice Band set, it is limited to one move, but it has a much higher attack power. Azumarill's attack stat is low, but the ability Huge Power makes up for it. Its STAB moves for the set are Play Rough, Waterfall, and Aqua Jet. Aqua Jet is a priority move that deals heavy damage because of the Choice Band. Waterfall, though it isn't a priority move, deals even more damage than Aqua Jet. Play Rough follows the same rule as Waterfall, except it's a fairy type move.

Your "edgy and cool" Mega Charizard X (fire/dragon type with less competitive potential) has nothing on this guy.

24 Centiskorch

The best. Can even learn water moves.

25 Samurott Samurott, known in Japan as Daikenki, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

He's strong!
