Who makes these laws up? So stupid. Breaking most of these laws wouldn't even cross anybody's mind.The Top Ten
1 In Baltimore, it is illegal to take a lion to the movies.
Oh, that's crazy... It's a ridiculous law! Who invented that thing anyway?!?! THat's just hilarious!
Who the heck would take a lion to the movies anyway?

2 In Youngstown, you may not run out of gas
3 In Nebraska, it is not legal for a tavern owner to serve beer unless a nice kettle of soup is also brewing.
4 In New York, a license must be purchased before hanging clothes on a clothesline.
5 In Ocean City, it is illegal to eat in the street in residential neighborhoods, and the only beverage you can drink on the beach is water in a clear plastic bottle.
This is alive by the way, I drank other stuff and nobody did anything... well, the at least don't enforce it I suppose.
Which one is this, in NJ or MD? Cause I've been to both, and I've seen people drink sodas on the beach and have BBQs in the streets.

10 In Grand Haven, Michigan, it is illegal to throw an abandoned hoop skirt into any street or sidewalk, with the fine being five dollars per offense.
