I love how Clark Kent is the real disguise. He is the mask that allows Superman, Kal-El, to show his face when he is displaying his true self. Showing his face allows him to be a trusted ally rather than a masked hero. The disguise is not only glasses and a suit, but rather a total character change, which is continually amusing and cute.
