Top 10 Most Surprising NFL Teams of Week 5 (2020)

Las Vegas pulled off the biggest upset of the week. They went into Arrowhead and beat the high flying Chiefs something that is rare to see in the past few years. The Raiders took care of business they didn't turn the ball over and they got whatever they wanted on offense. This is a well rounded team and they're finally back from irrelevance it seems. Beating the Saints and Chiefs those are quality wins for a suddenly formidable team.

Let's be careful not to give Vegas too much hype. After the bye they have Tom Brady. Still, to me, beating the Chiefs in Arrowhead for the first time it seems like ever is still like winning a super bowl.

Da Bears beat Brady for once. In the Nick Foles vs Tom Brady rematch the Bears managed to win a defensive battle. Some how some way Nick Foles managed to beat Brady. Legend has it Brady still doesn't know what down it is. Yeah that's right things got weird when he forgot what down it was and cost the Bucs a winnable game

Tennessee is for real in case you were wondering. What surprised me the most is they put up 40 on Buffalo...! Yeah that's right after dealing with a COVID-19 outbreak with up to 23 positive cases within the organization things were looking let's just say not great for the Titans. For them to be shut down for an extended period of time like they were and to do that to Buffalo really does speak volumes. That Derrick Henry stiff arm on Josh Norman really sums up the game. Just beware of the NFL because you apparently violated league protocol and hosted practices when you weren't supposed to.. that's a big no no.

Oh boy... You thought this would be an easy win I don't blame you. I had confidence that the Chiefs would win this game. I wasn't quite sold on the Raiders hype just yet. The Chiefs underestimated them. Yeah they have dominated the Raiders and the AFC West but that doesn't mean the Raiders won't put up a fight. Kansas City was simply outplayed that's all there is to it. The offense wasn't firing on all cylinders and the defense got torched repeatedly by Derek Carr. I am not making that up. I hate the Raiders and as much as it pains me to say I honestly gotta give credit where credit is due.

The Chargers keep finding amazing ways to lose games. The Chargers curse is real ladies and gentlemen. This is their punishment for Dean Spanos moving the team to LA. Justin Herbert is impressive I'll give them that. But man every week they find a new way to painfully lose. A 17 point lead is usually good enough but not for the Chargers who blow said lead and let Drew declining Brees lead a game winning drive. Yeah this team is tough to watch

I gotta be honest I thought Carolina was dead in the water but no they found a way to beat Atlanta. Even without CMC they are winning games. They didn't make many mistakes and took care of business. Let's just say they caught me off guard. Maybe Matt Rhule can succeed in the NFL after all.

The Miami Dolphins beat the hell outta San Francisco. Sure they're injured but still who expected this out of Miami? They showed no mercy to San Francisco and torched the entire Bay Area and took everything of value. FitzMagic is back for now anyway

Vikings you know why you're here. You guys looked dominant against Seattle in fact you were looking to get an impressive win. Things were going well with a 13 point lead. That is until the end of the game. Mike Zimmer gets greedy. You have a 26-21 lead and all you have to do is convert or kick a field goal and game over. When you don't convert then that's a problem. Congratulations you just choked away a winnable game. Why do you not kick a field goal and get the points? At least in that scenario Seattle has to go for 2 to force overtime. You did the one thing that you couldn't afford to do. YOU BLEW IT

The Dak injury was definitely surprising I may not be a fan of the Cowboys but that was brutal to watch. Even worse is he was on franchise tag. But on to the game itself the Cowboys Defense is BAD like godawful the fact that you even allowed the Giants to make this a game is surprising. Yeah you lead the division but you still have a lot of issues.
