Top 10 Technical Death Metal Songs of 2016

Technical Death Metal is a specific subgenre of Death Metal that is different from Progressive Death Metal. I have heard several songs that combine technical and progressive elements but it is relatively rare. Technical death metal is heavier, faster, more brutal and less melodic than progressive death metal.

Some bands (Gojira, Obscura) have songs of both types: technical death metal and progressive death metal, so make sure the songs you would like to add are technical death metal.

Opeth are progressive death metal and not technical death metal. Please don't add Opeth songs from their 2016 album because it's not even metal - it's progressive rock.
