Dan Greening, aka Lord Worm, is the original vocalist for Cryptopsy, a Canadian technical death metal band. He is also an English teacher. The most br00tal growl (well, Cryptopsy play brutal technical death metal so he's the perfect fit).
Also, he's got the longest scream in this subgenre so far - 28 seconds (song: Open Face Surgery, at around 3:45). A song of 1994.
I love both Nile growlers (the other one is Karl Sanders) - they complement each other. Both have really deep growls.
But I think Dallas was the main growler who was growling most of the time while Karl was more like a backing growler (I think Karl Sanders' growls are lower and more brutal).
Sadly, Dallas departed from Nile in 2017.

His growl is deep and sounds lower than the average in death metal which I think fits the essence of death metal. He doesn't use high pitched screams. Also, he can sing cleans a little bit (Septuagint).
