2 Charlie and Lola
Charlie and Lola is a British animated children's television series based on a book series by Lauren Child. First airing in 2005, the show follows siblings Charlie and Lola as they navigate the ups and downs of childhood. Known for its simplistic yet charming art style, the series aims to teach life lessons to young viewers through relatable scenarios. Charlie and Lola has been highly praised for its educational value and character development. Charlie and Lola is a literal 10/10. Most underrated and sticks to the Lauren Child illustration style. Really Good

3 Lazy Town
LazyTown is an English-language Icelandic children's educational musical action comedy program made by an international crew and performed by a cast from Iceland, the United States and the United Kingdom. I know some find it annoying, but I used to love it, especially Stephanie.
4 Tweenies
Someone has been messing with the Wikipedia page on The Tweenies. It said, "Unlike the Teletubbies, the Tweenies are well-developed and are able to communicate effectively." Okay, both shows are about colorful characters, but the Teletubbies are like some sort of alien species. The sun has the face of a baby, the original house was what it could be like inside a UFO, they have an unusual diet of toast that looks like a pancake with a smiley face and pink custard, and they speak in a strange way. In contrast, the Tweenies are children aged between 3 to 5 who live and play in a nursery with grown-ups and have pet dogs. They make more songs that have lyrics.
Hey! Hey! I'm ready to play! To come along and play with the Tweenies!
5 Clifford the Big Red Dog

I loved this show (the British more than the American, although I did love that as well! )
