Top 10 Most Terrifying Looking Cartoon Characters

The Top Ten
1 The Cat - Marvelous Misadventures of FlapJack

This show in general was very dark for Cartoon network standards, and I actually liked it in a way before of course the program fell off the verge of decline for me, anyways. This was the last episode, and oh my god what a scary way to end the show with a cat with pitch black eyes starring at you to me it's the most disturbing of all things I have seen on this show.

Most freakiest. Halloween is in two weeks and this is gonna be a good character to dress up as to go trick or treating

2 The Blue CGI Thing - Courage The Cowardly Dog

The entire episode was literally normal, but like the Flapjack episode this infamous Courage finale was one many remember as we get 5 dreams, and this was one of the first ones to appear as to what the ''hell'' is that thing a fetus, a deformed brain? Even more disturbing is the fact it says in low pitch demonic tone voice ''You're not perfect."

I don't think this was so much a villain as Courage's inner mind trying to remind him it's ok to be imperfect. After all the creature is a broken trumpet, it's not perfect either.

3 Him - PowerPuff Girls

''Oh, Powerpuff Girls, save us! Oh, Powerpuff Girls, we need you! Oh, Powerpuff Girls, we love you! Powerpuff Girls! Powerpuff Girls! POWERPUFF GIRLS! Oh, Mr. Quackers, am I the only one who hates those miserable little brats? You hate them, too? Oh, I knew I could count on you! But how can I possibly beat them with all that love surrounding them?! What's that you say? Yes! That's brilliant! Oh, Mr. Quackers, you are so smart. Quite a positively evil scheme you've hatched. And I'll finally be rid of those girls... FOREVER! ''

4 Cat's Flesh in Teeth for Two - Catdog

This one is downright sick, and the fact the show jumped the shark with this all over not brushing you teeth is just something nobody want to think in the back of there mind. I mean the fact he somehow slinders far enough for 2nd layer skin to make dog forcibly brush in his sleep is like the heck?

5 Baxter Stockman's Deformed Green Body - 2003's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Literally more imagery horror more than anything the fact yes the experiment failed horrifyingly as he slowly turned more mutanty, and slowly gets more insane, and this picture helps signify exactly what would result in nightmare fuel.

6 Billy's Eyes In My Peeps - The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy

While the episode was not incredibly disturbing just the premise is Billy plays too much video games, and destroys his own eyes this resulted in many methods to cure Bill's eyes. In the end these eyes appear humanly scary like as it ends giving kids everywhere a hard night to sleep to eyes like that inserted on a cartoon character.

Or even more disturbing '' Look at him lying there asleep! The idol of millions! He's a fool, a lying, silly little fool!, how easily I could end the farce with these hands, these dirty hands!
and with these hands I hold the fate of millions!, they think he's a god, but he's as mortal as we!, I know! Just one quick twist! and it's over, just one!
