Best Horror Movies of All Time
The Contenders: Page 4
This and Hellraiser 2 should be in the top ten! They are so strange and but that's at least half the reason they are so interesting. They seem to have lots of blood too. They're different, I'll say that. I love the Hellraiser franchise; I'm actually watching Hellbound: Hellraiser 2 right now.
Stuff nightmares are made of. Atmospheric, uncomfortable, memorable a true horror movie in every sense. Great cast and special effects. Modern horrors can learn a lot from this. Definitely should be at the top end of list.
This should be on top 10, unfortunately a lot of people from this generation have not seen it yet
Great film - love the sequels as well.V 1 Comment
Extremely underrated Sam is one of my favorite characters ever
A horror movie more about Halloween then "Halloween" - shawnmccaul22
It's not the best but it would freak you out at night. I my self watched it at night, believe me couldn't slept that night
I love this film so much would have liked it to be higher up. It is definitely a film worth watching!
Very mysterious villian. We all who freddy is and jason and myers. Who is this. A surgon who made a deal with a demon that went horribly wrong. An angel cast out of heaven. Or prehaps he was a cowboy who killed lots of indians, that cursed him cause he dresses like one. Ancient evil maybe. We don't know. The musics both creepy and you can whistle along with it. And I found the reactions when people saw the monster in the movie to be pretty real.V 1 Comment
Made me pee my pants and has a very good plot and good actors. - Shawn13
A good scary movie to watch and hence counter your fear with irregular heartbeatV 1 Comment
What you mean, Sarah Michelle Gellar was better than the protagonist? You mean Julie ( Jennifer Love Hewitt ) or someone else? The other protagonists of the movie were guys. Better in acting? No way! I like Sarah Michelle Gellar as an actress but she's no better actress than Jennifer Love Hewitt. Better in the story of the movie? Again, no way! Julie ( Jennifer Love Hewitt ) plays a normal nice girl while Helen ( Sarah Michelle Gellar ) plays the popular rich and little bit stuck-up girl. Why should she had to survive anyway? Because she's a better actress in your view or because she plays a meaner character in the movie? Clarify when you put comments.
I know what you did last summer is a modern day classic and its stands the test of time and is one of the best 90's teen slasher films and I love the cast and the atmosphere and sarah michelle gellar's chase scene is iconic.
Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sarah Michelle Gellar at their physical prime. Can you ask for more? One of my favorite movies.

Hell yes, best horror movie ever.
I think you should watch it
More scarier that Negan is in it.
The Exorcism of Negan
The movie, itself, seems to forget what genre it's in at moments, jumping around being a coming-of-age teen drama to a slasher film, but all is forgiven once the final moments of the film come around. What an ending. I did not see that coming! If you can manage to watch the film without discovering the twist ending before it happens, then you are in for a worthy surprise. - BKAllmighty
Children of the Corn is a great movie by the Master of Horror, but I wouldn't call it the scariest. Still, it does deserve some credit.V 1 Comment
I ran out of the movie theatre the first time I tried to watch this movie.

Sickest movie ever...
Never seen something like that.. Its seek
Aka 'The Deep Web: The Movie' It's pretty effed up to say that I 'loved this movie', so I will instead say that I was 'impressed' by it. This movie shows us just how jacked up our world is, our society. It's scary to think things like this happen in real life. That's the main reason I was so disturbed by it. - kertheshV 1 Comment
It had like 1jump scare but not scary at all by far
