Sorry, @zxm. You do realize humans have withstood many centuries before the 20th century to the 21st century WITHOUT ELECTRICITY. I thought this list would be more deep and well-thought out, but this is just really disappointing. I'm sorry, but this list needs better items.
I think humans have created something so powerful, that if it was taken away, chaos would break loose.
Come on guys this thing is necessary.You can't do anything without it.I didn't add other items on this list as much serious as this.Because it's very essential.This shouldn't get downvote.

Hardly. Got along just fine without it for over 6,000 years. Our foolish dependency upon digitized systems, however, just might be our downfall.

Honestly, most of these items on this list wouldn't have much effect for us to revert back to the stone age. Now where's my hefty dose of stale memes

Wow. Civilization would just crumble without video games, anime, Disney, metal, hip-hop/rap, and celebrity fixations? If obsession with these "indispensable" diversions disappeared tomorrow, the average IQ would increase by 15 points within a generation.
This WOULD, or at least to the Renaissance era. And in fact as more germs are getting medicine resistant this might happen sooner than we think... think of high childhood deaths and people living to like 40 or so again on average.
This is one of the reason why life expectancy in prehistoric age so low: minor, but incurable disease
Thought "rock" music was all they had in the Stone Age, aside from the occasional trumpeting mastodon.
But we had rock music back then, the best rock band back then was the Neanderthals.

I like anime but we don't go back to Stone Age without it.
No, buildings were made in the Stone Age, there is a site of a permanent camp in France that was from early Homo sapiens or late Homo erectus.
Also people built Jericho nearly 12,000 years ago, in the late Stone Age.
To be honest, without buildings, we can't have proper settlements and we would have to go back to being nomadic.

Yup. It was shopping malls that brought humanity out of the Stone Age. Had nothing to do with the smelting of copper, then bronze, then iron. Yup. Stone Age ended in the late 20th century, a little bit prior to the end of rational thought.
Metal IS a return to the Stone Age.
