This cartoonist has the ability to make his films both immensely funny and extremely emotional.

He should be higher up on the list. His work is fantastic.

Why so low? His animations are amazing and it's always a pleasure to see how his animations evolved, from stick figures to the very first eddisode of Eddsworld to the eddisode WTFuture and beyond. His artwork may not be perfect but that's the beauty of Eddsworld, and it suits his incredible sense of humor as well. Definitely my favorite animator.
