Top 10 Adult Swim Programs

The Top Ten

1 Rick and Morty Rick and Morty Rick and Morty is an American adult animated science fiction sitcom created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for Adult Swim.

This is my favorite show ever (besides South Park) It has funny jokes random stuff, and multiple times when there will be something inside of something inside of something + I have never seen Futurama in Adult Swim

These jokes aren't forced like family guy. Don't get me wrong I love family guy but the jokes are random forced and boring most the time. Family guy is like boobs dicks sex hahaah vagina, some random actor. Rick and Morty has funnier voice over, with much more accurate reference to real audience and the real world, not celebirty life. Rick and morty to a level does have randomness, but it mixes it much better with improvisation, and actual clever jokes that they can fit in, by using clever references and or comments on society. That is why this show always trumps family guy.

Family Guy sucks, this is WAY better.

3 Family Guy Family Guy Family Guy is an American adult animated sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The series centers on the Griffins, a family consisting of parents Peter (Idiotic Dad) and Lois (Nagging Wife), their children Meg (Socially Awkward Daughter) Chris (Idiotic Son), and Stewie more.

Family Guy should be number 1 on this list. It's hilarious and it has good plots - EpicJake

Definitely number 1 - YOSHIA2121

This is not an adult swim shoe

This isn't Adult Swim! Plus it's terrible! - Fireboy

4 Robot Chicken Robot Chicken Robot Chicken is an American stop motion sketch comedy television series, created and executive produced by Seth Green and Matthew Senreich along with co-head writers Douglas Goldstein and Tom Root for Adult Swim.

This show never fails to make me laugh! It's consistent!

This is my favorite show!

This show is a hit and miss for me. It's not as bad as anything Seth MacFarlane made, but it's meh. - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy

This is better than family guy 1000000 to 1!

5 Space Ghost Coast to Coast Space Ghost Coast to Coast Space Ghost Coast to Coast is an American animated parody talk show, created by Mike Lazzo and hosted by the 1960s Hanna-Barbera cartoon character Space Ghost.

This is the show that truly pioneered Adult Swim and influenced almost every show on this channel. It's the very definition of what low-budget animation is, as characters often show little in the ways of movement and expression, but it didn't need any of that. Space Ghost managed to be the longest-running Adult Swim show so far, and is incredibly funny and smart in its writing and smaller stories. The guest appearances are also some of the most hilarious moments, especially Busta Rhymes' appearance which is my favorite by far. It definitely deserves to be in the top 5.

6 American Dad American Dad American Dad! is an American adult animated sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane, Mike Barker, and Matt Weitzman for the Fox Broadcasting Company.
7 Squidbillies Squidbillies Squidbillies is an American animated television series on Cartoon Network's late night programming block, Adult Swim.

I know it's an opinion but I abhor this episode so much - bolbi9

8 Superjail Superjail Superjail! is an American animated television series produced by Augenblick Studios in its first season, and by Titmouse, Inc. in its second, third, and fourth seasons. A fourth season was confirmed on the Twitter page of David Wain, who voices the character of the Warden. The series follows the events more.

Why is this show on the list?! This show NEVER should've existed at ALL! - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy

This show is the greatest show on Adult Swim. Scratch that. Greatest show all time. Superjail! is hilarious, funny, trippy, weird, and gory. It really is one of the greatest shows ever. Thank you Christy Karacas, you really made something super-duper special here. The world would never be the same without the gift that is known as "Superjail! " - atomicpowur

9 The Venture Bros. The Venture Bros. The Venture Bros. is an American animated television series that premiered on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim on February 16, 2003. It is considered to be an action/adventure series that mixes comedy and drama while chronicling the lives and adventures of the Venture family: well-meaning but incompetent more.

Notable for, out of all of adult swim's original shows, The Venture Bros. was one who came to the closest to making any actual sense. This show takes the well-worn tropes of Johnny Quest and its ilk and adapts them for the snarkier audiences of today, it never goes in a predictable direction as it makes countless nostalgic and pop-cultural references, while also dealing with the hilarious theme of failure, and as seasons go by, I love how the next episodes focus more on the characters' bizarre and intersecting backgrounds, while surprisingly deep character development adds delicious layers to the humor. Definitely worth seeing.

10 Metalocalypse Metalocalypse Metalocalypse is an American animated television series, created by Brendon Small and Tommy Blacha, which premiered on August 6, 2006 on Adult Swim.

Definitely one of my all time favorites!

15 Home Movies Home Movies Home Movies is an American animated television sitcom created by Loren Bouchard and Brendon Small. The show centers eight-year-old Brendon, who makes videos with his friends Melissa Robbins and Jason Penopolis in his spare time.

This show is very unique actually. It looks bad but has a good dialogue. It is about three eight-year old kids that makes movies for all ages actually as a living and even tries to become famous (at least Brendan) for it. Some episodes even parodies other movies but in ways that does not seem like they are parodies.

16 The Cleveland Show The Cleveland Show The Cleveland Show is an American adult animated sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane, Richard Appel, and Mike Henry for the Fox Broadcasting Company as a spin-off of Family Guy.

Samurai Jack is not Adult swim(until season 5).

I know [adult swim] hasn't resurrected the series yet, and it has only first aired on Cartoon Network before reruns aired on [adult swim]'s Toonami, but I really love this show. - SpaceGoofsGeekerBoy
