Wesley went from, "I'll bet he'll die soon" on Buffy to, not even having a word to describe how sad I was when he did die.
The best character development in the series although I liked Lilah & Darla as well.

Angel was simply awesome. He simply related more to me personally and I think his internal struggles can symbolize what a lot of us go through on a daily basis.
