The Top Ten Female Villains in Movies or TV Shows

1 Lori Quaid (Total Recall - 2012)

She is not really proficient because of the script which sucks but she is supposed to be, and in any case she is evil and utterly hot. With Kate Beckinsale wearing those tight black outfits and perfoming impressive stunts to embody her, she is the hottest villain character I've ever gazed at. It's a shame to have such a poor scenario but it is still a pleasant movie to watch thanks to her sex'appeal. - Toshin

Such an awesome but also complex and interesting villain!

Cersei is as great at being bad as she is being beautiful!

9 Heather Chandler (Heathers)
10 Elle Driver (Kill Bill)

Elle is a ruthless badass without having to sexualize herself in the process (unlike most other female villains who are usually scantily clad/sexualized for a male audience. Instead, Elle is as real and goal-driven as any other respectable male villain counterpart. That's what I appreciate so much about this character - it's refreshing.

Elle was amazing! I can see why other people would pick O-Ren instead of her (O-ren had a bigger storyline than the other villians) but Elle was equally as amazing! Wish they used her more in the other movies, but she comes back in the 3rd film.

Elle is doctor woman of Kill Bill, have blind eye and she is exchange to great fighter woman for me big and danger zord.

She was such a good villian because her character was complex. The complexity and power that azula had really built up a strong persona about her and went well with the whole plot of Avatar. Although she was evil, she was so strong that I believe if she didn't go crazy in the end she could've defeated katara AND zuko easily
