Um... Excuse me? Why is he so low? So correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this list is on FAVORITE authors, not a random list of authors. And undoubtedly a lot of people think he is their favorite. Remember, this is the man who invented a whole Universe along with over a hundred characters with unique backgrounds. So if you think about it, not a lot of other authors have a whole universe of awesome imagination. I mean, sure, Harry Potter is kinda like it, but that's just a mooch of Lord Of The Rings. I'm almost done with Two Towers, and right now Lord Of The Rings is my full weekend occupation. So if you ask me, Tolkien should be #1. He totally deserves it. The Lord Of The Rings is also based on the bible, so you can learn about the bible too.
