Top Ten Reasons Why Total Drama All-Stars Was the Worst Total Drama SeasonAs a huge TD fan, I was really disapointed about the 5th season. Those are the reasons why it was the worst season ever made
Why was SAM chosen over BRICK! It would have opened up room for good plot line AND if Jo/Brick was in this season their fandom would stop screaming at the dumb writer who wrote the first episode! And why the heck is Courney on the heroes team and not Gwen. Don't get me wrong, DxC forever! But Gwen is a nice person!
Mike an zoey are the worst characters in the series in my opinion, they are so one dimensional, uninteresting, and boring. Mike himself lacks personality (disregarding his awful alternate personalities), and zoey is like those mary sue oc's from deviantart.
Owen should have have been in this and Leshawna they both made the merge twice even Harold, Dj, Geoff, Brick, Anne Maria, Beth, Dawn, and cody, could have been in this. The teams were pretty good but how in the world is Duncan a hero/good person
Gwen didn't deserved to be in the villain vultures team, and Coutney didn't deserved to be in the heroic hamsters team. Also, I think that Brick would deserved to be on All Stars more than Sam does.
I totally agree! If the humor and drama were there, then the season as a whole would be a lot better.
It was definitely missing the flirty jokes that us teen fans get that was in earlier seasons.
What happened to the typical Total Drama humor?! Worse: They put toilet humor in a episode (really? )
"Nice try... Mean nickname giver! "
Of course, she is a finalist as well.
Duncan's suposed to be tough and a bad boy with a soft side. Here, they did a 180, turning him into a total softie and a bad boy wannabe.
It doesn't feel like Duncan exists anymore since in island, action and really late into world tour he was a tough, rebellious, bold, anti social, but still a loyal anti heroic delinquent, now in all stars he is a petty, wimpy, comical and insecure bad boy wannabe.
He isn't tough and playful like in the first 3 seasons. Now he is lame and bland. He wants to make Courtney jealous. All he tries to do is show the cast that he is still a villain. He lost his playboy and tough personality and just became bland and lame.
They made him nice and less cool than the other characters. I remember the boxing scene where he couldn't punch that animal... When He wrestled with an alligator or something in a different season.
The first four challenges were the coolest, but it all started with Moon Madness!
Making a sundae and finding the ingredients in the wood, really?
Only Laurie Elliott's episodes were the only good ones. When other writers did the job this season I wanted to slam my head into the lounge and scream!
All they pretty much did in this season was talk about mile's multiple personalities instead of the show.
I could really pick any of these and they would be true. Worst season ever.
The first few were cool, but then after episode 4, it went down hill from there.
They ruined the characters. They made Duncan hero-like, they made Heather place an idol in an easy spot, they made Zoey too stupid to not even know Mike wasn't himself, and they made Courtney weak and made her eliminated in the worst way possible.
I didn't mind Zoey (fight me) or Alejandro this season. Sierra was one of my favorites in TDWT, but she was downright unbearable without Cody. Heather, Scott, Cameron, and Sam brought NOTHING, Mike wasn't even there for half the season,
Duncan wasn't the only one to go downhill. Zoey went from nice and cool to lame and bland. Sierra was fun in TDWT, but was just annoying without Cody. Scott and Courtney were bigger jerks (even Chris was a jerk in this season) and Mike used to be funny with his personnalitites. Now, it becomes boring, annoying and overexposed
Like Zoe! Where's that fury? Duncan! Where's that inner juvenile? And Scott! His challenge throwing was GONE! I liked him in Season 4!
I like the idea of the two casts together, but probably could've chosen different characters and not have people switch teams so much. (Except Courtney. She totally deserved it)
I was all excited for this, it had potential! But they changed our favorite characters, and made them unlikable.
The plot was okay but they made it horrible!
Okay we all know Mike does not represent a real person with MPD. Bet seriously? This was a joke almost a insult to people with MPD. I think if they just took the time and not rushed. They could have found a better way to get rid of Mal.
Maybe remind him that he is just another personality, but he could still have his wicked nature. Or lock him up like before. Either one of these would have been a better ending.
He was supposed too have lost them in TDROTI, but came back with them, lost them when Mal( the worst villain ever) took over, and then lost them for good! Hopefully he never returns without them.
Mikes personalities are the things that make mike a great character. Without them, Mike has no character.
He might have been blander then Zoey if he went a whole season without them!
I'm honestly so sick of these two-
It's the most unnatural or artificial ship in TD. Not only that, they're both pretentious if not bland.
This might be the most boring couple ever made in the history of Total Drama. It was romantic in TDROTI, but it gets overexposed. I want to see an other couple. they were also scott/courtney during the season, but courtney was just using him and they broke up fast
Mike and Zoey make a great couple, but I certainly agree that the writers could of added or even improved some of the other couples. What was even the point of breaking up Duncan and Gwen?
I love mike zoey they're cute and likeable but this season was very short and easy.
In my opinion, he sucked. What "villanious" acts did he accomplish? He's such a tryhard villain, and they had to dumb down EVERYONE else to make him look good. *Smh* This is EXACTLY why I'm glad that where I live, Zoey is the winner. Even though she was somewhat of a "Mary-Sue" she was a little bit better than HIM.
The only bad thing that this idiot did was try to kill Gwen, otherwise he just broke stuff and had a demonic tone. That doesn't make someone a villain, you know what Mal is? He's a wannabe p@ssy!
They dumbed down Heather, Scott, Courtney, Cameron, Duncan, and pretty much everyone else... Even Lindsay (at least she wasn't THAT painfully dumb in the past).
Not nearly as bad as Sugar, but he certainly did give All-Stars a bad name.
Why was Gwen so desperate to make amends with Courtney? Why did she start caring about her image. Why did she start hating from out of nowhere? Why did she have the nerve to hippocritically criticize Duncan for being obssesed with Courtney?! This is not Gwen!
Seriously, she wants to become friends with Courtney again? I mean did she not forget that Courtney was the reason she was eliminated. And she really went from beong competitive and playful to bland and lame. On top of all that she isn't interested in Duncan anymore. Gwuncan was really the best couple on Total Drama. If any of you are gamers it's like in the evil ending of Far Cry 3, when Jason slits Lizas neck.
Why would they put Gwen on the Villains' side?! I'll tell you why, it's all thanks to Chris McLean! He's the cause of all this and you should all blame him! Maybe Don in the spinoff show wouldv'e been a better host at this instead of you-know-who!
They changed Gwen's personality to a person who really didn't care about much into a person who just wants to prove they aren't a villain by being nice.
Not only she didn't ladt long in TD Vengeance of the island...she also wasn't in all stars!
Dawn was adorable! But of course they left her behind!
I love Dawn! I want to see more of her please.
We didn't get to see enough of her though...
Okay let me put it like this. I don't think it was a good idea to have Zoey and Mike/Mal in the final two. I would prefer either these two options.
1. Mal goes to the final with Gwen. Why? Because I think we can all agree this really would have helped Gwen's plotline of not being a villain. By going against the the seasons main antagonist.
2. Scott vs Gwen/Courtney. Gwen is the same reason for above except she wouldn't be going against the main villain. Courtney because I think she deserves a spot in the final two. Then her going against Scott could bring in more sparks on there relationship.
First off Zoey was in 3rd place in TDROTI. In TDAS she was 2nd/1st. That's no much of a difference. Second off Alejandro, Heather, Gwen and Cameron the helpers have been in the final 2 of one season. Third Problem is we don't even no what happened to the Campers in the balloons. Did they die? Are they in the hospital? Them hitting the sun really made us question what happened.
Zoey and Mike were the most BLAND characters they could've chosen. Zoey is bland overall, and Mike is only bland as...himself. His personalities are cool, but not Mal. Mal ruined the season.
Oh. My. God. These two are the WORST FINAL TWO they could've picked! There could've been better pairs, but a friendship finale? Really? Zoey is boring. Mike is boring, but only as Mike. That's it.
Gwen and Courtney making up was one of the best parts of the season for me and then they ruined it in one episode.
They ruined three relationships just to get this friendship back up, and they throw it away!
Gwen made up with Courtney and then POOF! Gwen hates her!
I like this season, but poor Gwen, she got it rough.
Only 13 episodes and 14 contestants?! We could add Cody, Owen, Brick, Anne Maria, Leshawnna, Trent, Geoff and Bridgette! They could change the season! And we could also add 13 more episodes!
I would have had 24 contestants and 2 or 4 teams. Maybe have some more Heather and LeShawna rivalry.
Brick vs. Joe would be awesome, same with Leshwana and Heather. But what happened to Gwen and Heather?
That's because they took the wrong characters. If they changed it, I want to see new rivalities
I have one word to say: WHY!
Majorly Mad about that
Dear mom and dad I'm doing fine.
You guys are on my mind.
You asked me what I wanted to be, and now I think the answer is clear to see, I wanna be famous!
Owen is the BEST! He's awesome! He won in Season 1 and came 10th and 3rd in season 2 and made it to the merge in Season 3! He is definitely an all star. One more thing, WHY LINDSAY?! She came 9th in Season 1, 6th in Season 2 and got eliminated 4th in Season 3! WHY IS SHE AN ALL STAR?!
It would've been nice to see Owen, but I don't think the writers would let him win again.
Owen deserved to be here considering he almost got his money in season 1.
Owen should've been in it instead of Sam.
I was ok with Gwent and Duncan, then they just broke up, like, all that drama of Gwent-Courtney-Duncan infidelity just for that? They just ruined one of the best relationships in the series (DxC) so Duncan could go with Gwent, I still accepted that, then they just ruined Duncan relationship with Gwen, and put Courtney with... that guy? Let's be real men...
This couple irked me so bad. They were way too different, Courtney and Duncan were more alike than these two, and that's saying a lot. This couple was just too different to the point were it was weird to watch.
It was so disgusting. When Courtney kissed Scott I almost threw up. I bet he doesn't even own a toothbrush, stinky garbage smelling bastard.
I honestly don't know which total drama relationship sucks more. Duncan with Gwen or Courtney with Scott. Barf!
The number 1 exact reason why I stopped watching all stars. Her getting eliminated is what stopped me from watching it
I don't know why everyone hates her. Sure she's a little difficult, but still. Also, I am angry that Gwen and Courtney weren't friends, that was seriously annoying. I ship Duncney
Courtney has always been my favorite So can't she just win one season. They just screw everything up with Courtney
What? I hate Courtney. She had her season in TDA and Total Drama needs to give her a break.
I do not think she should have won. but they did screw Courtney up. I
Well even if Noah only competed in two seasons and his first one he got the boot early and was just lazy. World Tour really proved him to be a all star! He was funny, charming, and he did well in challenges. At least he got a return in The Ridonculous race and who knows maybe Beth, LeShawna, Brick, and Harold will get a beautiful comeback in the next season of total drama
Noah is not an All-Star! He was eliminated first on the Screaming Gophers and On Team Chris is Really Really Hot. He has never survived an elimination creaming. Noah is a good character, but he sucks at the game.
How is Noah an all star? He is horrible and got eliminated first on his team every time.
He doesn't suck at the game, I See London proved that he was a All Star (He was competing in JasperPie's All Stars rewrite and got to the Final 8/7) But the writers decided "No, $%#@ You! We don't want your Fan Favorite winning! We want our screenhogs hogging all the drama! " - Gehenna
Alejandro is the best! Best character ever!
Yeah! Finally Alejandro fans exist!
For the third time, he signed up so he could become a mutant like Dakota. This also means Brick didn't want anything to do with the show anymore.
Uh... Why Brick and Trent! I know they are fan favorites but you are forgetting characters like Owen, Harold, Izzy and Leshawna that have competed in all of the first three seasons. Why didn't they make it to all stars? Sam did? He got eliminated early in Season 4, and was a bland and boring character. Easily forgettable. Hopefully total drama will recreate a Season 7 All Stars and actually bring back worthy characters. Also I miss contestants like ever, Katie and Sadie. They might return as well.
Characters like Brick and Trent deserved to be in this season more than Sam.
Lamest gamer ever
Dramatic Scar made a video of 50 reasons why Total Drama All-Stars is bad. One of them was Lindsay was eliminated in the first episode. He showed a tag the someone used in the comments. #JusticeforLindsay. Sure, her driving skills were horrible, but it was all Courtney's fault for making her drive. It should of been Courtney! You might be thinking "But what about the Gwen and Courtney friendship? Some people only watched TDAS for that." Well, yeah, Dramatic Scar says he only watched TDAS for the Gwen and Courtney friendship, but it was ruined in the episode where Courtney was eliminated. So, I know, Gwen and Courtney would of never become friends again, there would be no one on the Heroic Hamsters for Duncan to switch teams with, and there's a chance that Gwen and Duncan would of never broke up, but Courtney should of been eliminated in the first episode instead if Courtney. GO LINDSAY!
Well, it was that or Courtney. I guess she wanted to get out.
Honestly? Lindsay has to win a season sooner or later.
I'm gonna miss her
Chris was way to sadistic in this season in fact its worse than the devil himself would do for example teasing eziekial being in the season. then replacing him with alejandro then later when eziekial is about kill Chris and Chris is finally gonna get his punishment the cast saves him and he just complains
Chris is a horrible human being. I love Don SO much more likeable.
I hope I never get to see his ugly ass face again.
I agree. It got worse.
