He's older and seems to be happy with his job. He looks better too. It's amazing it's actually him. I think Sid is my favorite character in the Toy Story franchise because he's actually a sympathizable character. Even if many other don't see it that way, Sid isn't a true villain because he had no way of knowing the toys were alive. And it think he did what he did because he was a lonely kid with no friends, an overactive imagination, and not the best parents or home life. I don't Sid was really such a bad kid, more misunderstood. And he does make a huge change after the first movie.
