Sam is very clingy around Guy. Guy is frequently annoyed with Sam, but Sam is the first person to show Guy any kindness after the latter's invention pitch failed in the first episode.

At first Edward hated Lazlo, but his attitude towards him softens over time, and although the truth is that he platonically likes Lazlo, he's too guarded to admit it.

At first Larry was only slightly gay, but as time went on his gay traits were pronounced to the point where he and Buck were all but implied to be a gay couple (as well as being parental figures to Otto). At the very least, Buck and Larry have a lazy husband, nagging wife dynamic.

Pinky has given up his soul for the Brain, and the Brain has given up the world for Pinky. If it's not a bromance it's definitely a testament to the friendship they have.
