Top Ten TV Shows to Watch to Lighten Your Mood

I often find going back to a classic moment of digital joy puts a smile on my face like it did first time.

1 Brooklyn Nine-Nine Brooklyn Nine-Nine is an American police television sitcom that premiered on Fox on September 17, 2013. Created by Dan Goor and Michael Schur, the series revolves around Jake Peralta, an immature but talented NYPD detective in Brooklyn's 99th Precinct, who comes into conflict with his new commanding officer, the serious and stern Captain Raymond Holt.

My favourite show that's currently on air. Nothing makes me laugh quite the same way.

2 Goodness Gracious Me

It's just a delightful comedy. Seeing every character puts a smile on your face, whether it's the horrific gaffes of the Check Please guy or the ludicrous analogies of Mr. "Everything Comes From India", you're bound to feel better if you've had a bad day.

3 Blackadder Blackadder is a series of four BBC1 pseudohistorical British sitcoms, plus several one-off instalments, which originally aired in the 1980s.
4 Red Dwarf Red Dwarf is a British science fiction comedy franchise which primarily consists of a television sitcom that aired on BBC Two between 1988 and 1999, and on Dave since 2009, gaining a cult following.
5 The Big Bang Theory The Big Bang Theory is an American sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, both of whom serve as executive producers on the series, along with Steven Molaro, and also some wasted guest stars from time to time.

The old ones, specifically. There are moments that far back that simply never get old.

8 Fawlty Towers Fawlty Towers is a British television sitcom broadcast on BBC2 in 1975 and 1979. Just two series of six episodes each were made.

Some Sundays I watch all episodes back-to-back. It just makes me laugh so much!

9 Friends Friends is an American television sitcom, created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, which originally aired on NBC from September 22, 1994, to May 6, 2004, lasting ten seasons. It now airs on Nick at Nite. The story is primarily about 6 individuals (Ross [David Schwimmer], and his sister, Monica [Courtney Cox], Joey and Chandler [Matt LeBlanc and Matt Perry], who are best friends, Jennifer [Rachel Green], and Phoebe [Lisa Kudrow]. The characters constantly get into situations and love affairs and such in the plot.

Seeing all 6, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, Ross, Rachel, and Joey makes me so happy.
The weird thing is, I'm watching it right now!

Why is Liv and Maddie above this? That show sucks, and why is this not in the top 10.
