It does for because red and yellow represents Fire or flame which is pretty much the same! GO FIRESTAR!

I always thought of orange and yellow. But ya this works too

Hmm... I agree with this one, she is completly blue, so blue would fit her. And for the black, it shows that her life was/is dark and tragic.

It makes sense, because Dovewing is so gentle and perfect. (She's not my favorite character, but I don't hate her.)
