Trickle down economics never trickled down to those that needed it. It stopped trickling down when it hit the upper middle class. And Carter got the hostages home. Just not in time for him to get the credit. Reagan got the credit. And he never did a single thing for AIDS research or help. Oh and he and his wife were against stem cell research until Ronnie needed stem cells for his Alzheimer's which he had even when he was sitting president. A complete disgrace.
