1 Gene Belcher (Bob's Burgers)

Gene Belcher is the middle child on the show Bob's Burgers. He loves music and has a Casio keyboard that he uses to write songs and play back fart sounds.

Gene is the most underrated Belcher. Everyone loves Tina and Louise, but Gene is the most adorable, in my opinion. Watch "The Unnatural" and "The Gene and Courtney Show" and then see if you can disagree with me!

How can he not even be on this list? He is funny, adorable, and so underrated.

Kenny is shown to be heroic, kind and noble in the show plus he's very loyal to his friends and is an amazing brother to his little sister.

Ralph Wiggum is a side character in The Simpsons. He is the son of Chief Wiggum. Ralph is not very smart at all. He is voiced by Nancy Cartwright. Some episodes such as I Love Lisa and This Little Wiggy have him as a major character.

What are all these crappy people doing above ralph?!? He ate his freakin' hand! He flushed a potato down the toilet and crashed through the simpsons living room window and said "I'm a brick". He ran for freakin' president! GO RALPH!

I love Ralph Wiggum. He is way too good for Lisa. I think they should make an episode dedicated to Ralph. I mean, he's so easy-going, you can say anything to him and he won't mind and he is funny as hell.

let's face it, ralph is the best! in the first 3 series, his voice was boring but it got better.

7 Vinny (Family Guy)

Just because he replaced Brian, doesn't mean you have to hate him!

For me, I pay less attention to him because he was only around for maybe 4-6 episodes. But nevertheless he was funny and he could have been a change from bland, er, Brian.

The most underrated character in cartoons. He's funny and heroic. You know you are going to be entertained when you watch a show with Timmy Turner in it. He also for some reason has a certain emotional effect on your soul and affects it to feel happy and content.

He's amazing in every sense of the word. He's extremely clever and funny. Timmy has a heart of gold! He is definitely underrated by all means. He deserves to recieve more positive attention for he is such a positive character.

Buttercup is way better than her, the powerpuff girls would not be crimefighters and be able to defeat monsters without her, something that is superior compared to what bubbles did.

She gets more hate than her sisters and she is the least liked. I feel sorry for her. Bubbles is overrated.

Sure some could find his catchphrases "puppy power" and "let me at 'em" really really extremely annoying.
But I have always thought he was a cute little puppy.
I just ignore the evil Scrappy he would never attempt to murder his Uncle, that's out of character and was just to get rid of him.
