The Top Ten
1 Code Lyoko Code Lyoko is a French animated television series created by Thomas Romain and Tania Palumbo and produced by Moonscoop.

Code Lyoko is a diamond in the rough. A brilliantly written, clever show which got overlooked. The show is surprising really dark for a kids show. The characters are three dimensional and very likeable. It has one of the best villains I've seen in a kids show. It has a lot of back story and lore. The story of the protagonist (Aelita) is very sad and it really make emotional invested throughout the show. If you haven't seen it before I highly recommend it.

Code lyoko was an amazing show filled with everything that makes a show complete it had drama, love, sadness, jealousy, happiness, funny jokes, likable characters, back stories. It truly is a master piece with a master piece theme song that is catchy and totally fits the rhythm of the T.V. show.

This is in my top 10 favorite cartoons of all time. I went into this list not even expecting to see it on here. Turns out, it was number one! Glad to see that there are other Code Lyoko fans out there!

2 Catscratch Catscratch is an American animated television series created by Doug TenNapel (also known for creating Earthworm Jim). The series features music composed by longtime TenNapel collaborator, Terry Scott Taylor... read more

This was an awesome cartoon which mostly felt like the Nick version of Ed,Edd n Eddy.It lasted for only 2 years (Should have lasted for 5 or 6,I mean,About 90% of bad Nick shows lasted a year longer than this! ) and only 1 season throughout it's whole entire run.Nickelodeon and many of it's fans forget about this cartoon and never give it the love and attention it deserves. This deserves to be #1 and Making Fiends should be #2,The things above deserve to be #3 or #4.I mean,This is the true definition of underrated and is truly forgotten when somebody mentions the words "Cancelled Nick Shows"

It probably would have gotten more fans and better ratings if Nick didn't insist on screwing around with its schedule.

As a result, it took two years to air its first and only season.

Nickelodeon has announced reboots of Rugrats and Rocko's Modern Life in the form of comics (kind of like what they did with Invader Zim). Can this show be next?

3 Camp Lazlo Camp Lazlo is an American animated television series created by Joe Murray and produced by his company Joe Murray Productions with Cartoon Network Studios.

Oh man I Rember this show. I could Rember wanting to watch this show because it had an elephant which of course was my favorite animal. But back to the show it was funny had great story's and it had the fun of camping without leaving the house. definitely top 10 material

I Rember loving this show because an elephant was a main character. Good old times. I loved growing up, but however it had the worst series finale I ever scene. Other then that it was still a good show

I never understood why people underrate both of Joe Murray's cartoons. They're both great in my opinion

4 Clone High

Coolest animated teen drama ever.

5 W.I.T.C.H. W.I.T.C.H. is a French-Italian-American animated television series based on the Italian comic book series of the same name.

Oh Yeah, This Show is Awesome, It Got Things That Most Modern Cartoon Don't Have:Great Characters, Epic Storytelling, Nice Voice Acting, Amazing Characters ETC. Yet, This Show is Really Overlooked By My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (It is Still Great Modern Cartoon Through)

The best non-anime magical girl series I've seen

Another Underrated series

6 Harvey Beaks Harvey Beaks is an American animated television series created by C.H. Greenblatt for Nickelodeon. Originally announced to premiere on March 29, 2015, the series instead premiered on March 28, 2015 following the 2015 Kids' Choice Awards.

A serene cartoon that really deserves more credit (look at the creativity in it's characters)

I'm just going to say it I like this cartoon more than spongebob squarepants

Not underrated. Not bad for sure but many people remember it exists so yeah.

This show is much better than Chowder, and yet Nick refuses a DVD release?

7 Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi is an American-Japanese animated fantasy-comedy television series created by Sam Register for Cartoon Network.

The Best Cartoon Network Show That Needs Some Love and Attention By Boys Because Many Boys Are Too Busy Watching My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic.

This show was great but where is spawn the animated series that show needs more love.

Guys are watching my little pony! I thought this show was for girls! P. S I'm a guy and I DO NOT WATCH MY LITTLE PONY!

It is a modern interpretation of the classic Looney Tunes characters, featuring Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and others as they navigate contemporary suburban life. The show blends elements of comedy, drama, and adventure. The Looney Tunes Show received mixed reviews, with some praising its fresh take on iconic characters, while others missed the slapstick style of the original shorts.

It's actually pretty good as a sitcom. The real stinker is Loonatics Unleashed

10 Wakfu: The Animated Series

I recommend it to anime fans. I also feel like Miraculous Ladybug overshadowed this show.

It's every bit as good as Avatar.

The Contenders
11 The Critic
12 Tom and Jerry Tales Tom and Jerry Tales is an American animated television series starring the Academy Award-winning cat-and-mouse duo Tom and Jerry.

The 2014 is more underrated because of more hurts to Tom and Jerry is annoying as ever plus laughing at tom with jerry is not funny through (at least the laughing tracks are better in other sitcomes except some boring T.V. sitcomes) then the Season 2 is actually not bad...and improved overall and Jerry is not annoying as ever anymore but the best episode in season 1 when Tom beats the dog by doing evil stuff styles but the best episode in 2014 but still I hate the year 2014.

Despite Tom and Jerry having a very poor track record when it comes to reboots, this show was actually almost as good as the 1940-1958 shorts.

13 Beverly Hills Teens Beverly Hills Teens is an American animated children's television program produced by DIC Animation City.
14 Jackie Chan Adventures Jackie Chan Adventures is an American animated television series starring the adventures of a fictionalized version of action film star Jackie Chan.

So much better than the real life commie Jackie Chan

Based on the American comic strip, Garfield, the series is executive produced by Garfield creator, Jim Davis, and co-written and voice directed by Mark Evanier, who also wrote most of the episodes for the Garfield and Friends series.

This is a good cartoon, so is the original and the comic they began with, the live action films though, they are travesties!

This cartoon is great why everyone hates this

I prefer the live action movie over this

Jacksfilms approves

17 Totally Spies Totally Spies! is a French-Canadian animated spy comedy television series created by Vincent Chalvon-Demersay and David Michel and produced by Marathon Media Group and Image Entertainment Corporation.

It has surprisingly sexy leads

18 Dilbert

This was one of UPN's greatest shows! It's based off the 1989 comic of the same name. The show has a great voice cast, animation is acceptionally well, & I honesty like!

Get this higher than Back at the Barnyard and in the Top 5 next to Harvey Beaks!

I remember this from Sky One but sadly I forgot about it.

19 Lenore, the Cute Little Dead Girl

A dark comedy cartoon based on the comic series by the Invader Zim writer, Roman Dirge.

20 The Maxx Premiering in 1995, The MAXX is an animated series based on a comic book of the same name by Sam Kieth. It was aired on MTV and features a blend of psychological horror and superhero genres. The storyline follows the life of a homeless man who believes he's a superhero and his experiences in two interlinked worlds. The series is lauded for its artistic visuals and intricate storylines.

Easily my favourite cartoon

21 Liberty's Kids

I am currently binge-watching through this series and it has aged pretty well despite its historical inaccuracies and being made by the infamous DiC.

I loved the theme song

22 School For Little Vampires

It's a shame season 4 of this show never got translated into English.

23 Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.
