Hideously long but if you've got a couple hours to spare it's worth the read. Plus it's in six parts anyway, but after reading one you'll want to binge read. Each part contains small clues that link to a bigger and disturbing picture.

Why is this underrated

Jeff the Killer is a creepypasta usually accompanied by a picture of a white face looking in to the camera smiling in an unsettling manner. The creepypasta is also usually accompanied by the term "Go to sleep". Do you even know what "underrated" means?! If anything, he's the MOST OVERRATED CREEPYPASTA EVER! And he's not even creepy, so he should be a Crappypasta, not a Creepypasta
Deserves more credit. I like Jeff the Killer and Clockwork, I really DO, but their stories are very flawed. But Toby's story is actually very well written. He was constantly picked on in school and he had an abusive father. He deserves more love.
My favorite character, Tic-ing all around.. Abusive father, dead.. Mother, scared.. Sister, ran over.. I love the storyline, and backstory; Ticci Toby personally in my opinion, is the best creepypasta character.

Why is he underrated
Barney The Dinosaur is a purple dinosaur from the TV series "Barney and Friends", as well as the VHS series before that known as "Barney and the Backyard Gang". He was created by Sheryl Leach in 1987, to entertain her 2 year old son. He is infamously known for his "I Love You" song, and his TV series was hated by many people, and even voted by TV Guide as the 50th worst TV Show of all time. A very sad story
