Top Ten Underrated Disney Villains

There are so many good Disney villains out there, we just aren't familiar with them all.

The Top Ten

1 The Horned King (Black Cauldron)

He wants to rule the world by causing, essentially the zombie apocalypse! This is a movie ahead of its time. Disney was the only company interested in dungeons and dragons at this period. Dragonslayer alongside. Cool villain cool voice. It was a catalysts for the Renaissance of Disney.

He is so sinister

The whole movie is underrated. Forget Judge Frollo, this guy is the spawn is Satan. And, I like how he had a bigger plan. “Oh I’m going to ruin a princess’s life”.I’m going to take over a kingdom”. NOPE. Thie Horned King shot for a zombie apocalypse.

2 Ratigan (The Great Mouse Detective)

This guy is awesome. He is terrifying yet lovable, and even comedic at times. Not only that, but he FEEDS ONE OF HIS OWN HENCHMEN TO A HUGE MONSTER CAT. You can't get more evil than Ratigan.

Best villain song ever. - IcyMuffin99

I love Vincent Price. He's so awesome!

Definitely bra

3 Sykes (Oliver and Company)

He have help you you sad guy move off he home

4 Oogie Boogie (The Nightmare Before Christmas)

I don't know if many people have noticed this, but this guy seems to like to torture more than kill.

5 Madame Medusa (The Rescuers)

Like many villains she's very greedy, evil, and a bit on the crazy side. She's also selfish and double-crossing, like a villain. Basically, she's anything a villain should be. But at the same time, she has funny moments. One of my favorite moments are when she sees Bianca and Bernard and starts to panic. I laugh until my eyes water. I also like when Bianca and Bernard and the swamp critters beat up Medusa and help Penny to escape. It's hilarious!

I laugh so hard when she sees Bianca and Bernard and starts out. She tries shooting them but is a horrible shot. That part is funny as hell!

Medusa and snoops are both funny as heck. - nintendofan126

6 Ratcliffe (Pocahontas)

A grown man with pigtails and a pug. Ooh, scary. - IcyMuffin99

7 Sharpay (High School Musical)
8 Zira (The Lion King 2 Simba's Pride)

Also sings my favourite Disney villain song. She's scruffy, crazy and has dedicated her life to ending Simba and having her revenge, and she refuses to let anybody stand in her way, including her own children. She's entered a stage of insanity and I just love it!

9 Alameda Slim (Home On the Range)

He is awesome

So what if he's a ripoff of Yosemite Sam, Alameda Slim can yodel. He rides a buffalo. He's thicc. HE YODELS. I love him.

Alameda slim is awesome because he can YODELADLEEEDLEIDLEOO

He’s the absolute worst. - asantalo

10 Prince Hans (Frozen) Prince Hans of the Southern Isles, also known as Hans Westergaard, is a fictional character from Walt Disney Animation Studios' 53rd animated film, Frozen.

P S Frozen is the most OVERrated movie

The Contenders

11 Rourke (Atlantis)

Not important if it's leave an entire civilty fall into oblivion, hit an extremely old men and sell an ancient sentient font of power and longevity to someone that probably will use it for win an upcoming world war, if well payed he will do it

12 Percival C. McLeach (The Rescuers Down Under)

So great and so underrated. This movie is a Disney classic and he makes a pretty good villain. He's a greedy, evil, and slightly psychotic poacher with a love for hunting. He's even got his own twisted lyrics for "Home on the Range". He's ruthless, even towards kids. He's even seen throwing knives near Cody's head in order to get information out of him; he also cruelly lies to Cody about Marahute being killed so he could follow him to her whereabouts. That says a lot about him. However, he also has some funny moments, especially when he's angry at his pet lizard Joanna. He deserves more recognition.

13 Mr. Dark (Something Wicked This Way Comes)
14 Sid (Toy Story)

He's actually not the villain we perceived him to be. Simply a misguided youth and a product of his environment when you consider the details.

He's a bit creepy and tortures toys for his own pleasure. Enough said.

15 Vitani (The Lion King 2 Simba's Pride)

I love vitani!

When I was little I thought she was a dude

Vitani is plain awesome

The best

16 Oliver Sansweet (The Incredibles)

While he's not considered a villian by many people but he should be considering that he managed to do what so many super villians have failed to do bring down a super hero in court, Oliver sues Mr. Incredible for saving him when he tries to commit suicide which starts a chain of lawsuits against the supers that forces them to undetground. - egnomac

17 The Wolf (Make Mine Music/Peter and The Wolf)

Cool wolf!

18 Forte (Beauty and the Beast)

Who is FORTE? Never heard of him in Beauty and the Beast his name is Gaston

His The pipe organ from The Enchanted Christmas. - egnomac

19 Ramsey (The Haunted Mansion)
20 Judge Claude Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre-Dame)

The conflict between good and evil inside of him shows in a pretty scary and interesting way. He's not your kind of Disney villain that has dark magic powers and a sidekick, that's because he represents real people in this world who are confused much about religion that they don't know what's right and what's wrong anymore, and that's why he's dope! (Also the song is a trip)

21 Yzma (The Emperor's New Groove) Yzma is the royal adviser of Emperor Kuzco in 'The Emperor's New Groove'. She is also a mad potions master and after being fired by Kuzco, she tries to use her potions to get rid of him and instate herself as empress.

24 Edgar (The Aristocats)
25 Kron (Dinosaur)

He is like a dinosaurian version of Scar since he doesn't care if weak members of any here survives or not. He is also stubborn, tyrannical, and manipulative. - DinoLover4242

He looks cool!

26 Captain Hook (Peter Pan) Captain James Hook is a fictional character, the antagonist of J. M. Barrie's play Peter Pan; or, the Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up and its various adaptations, in which he is Peter Pan's archenemy.

He is so comical. For a villain, he's kind of a sissy, especially when the crocodile comes for him; I also laugh when Peter Pan gets the better of him and cries about it. That's why he's so funny and loveable. I'm glad that he's never actually killed. It wouldn't be as good without him. How can anyone not like him. I love him. He's hilarious!

27 Kaa (The Jungle Book)
28 Al (Toy Story 2)
29 Scar (The Lion King) Scar is the main antagonist of Disney's 1994 animated feature film, The Lion King. He was the second son of Ahadi and Uru — who were, at one time, King and Queen of the Pride Lands — the younger brother of Mufasa, and the uncle of Simba.

Umm.. Who put scar? He is like the most OVERRATED ever.

Not to be a bitch but why? He's overrated even though I adore him.

30 Shan Yu (Mulan) Shan Yu is the main antagonist of Disney's 1998 animated feature film, Mulan. He is the evil leader of the Hun Army.

He deserves more love - 906389

31 Rico (Home on the Range)

This guy has such a dark but cool demeanor and seems very mysterious. And none of the good guys even suspect/know he's a bad guy until the end, when it's revealed he is Slim's partner who has been covering his tracks and helping him avoid capture. This guy needs so much more credit.

46 Governor Radcliffe (Pocahontas)
47 Si (Lady and the Tramp)
48 Am (Lady and the Tramp)
49 Le Fou (Beauty and the Beast)

Kronk isn't evil, he just didn't knew that he was doing something evil. - DinoLover4242
