Top Ten Underrated Disney Villains

IcyMuffin99
There are so many good Disney villains out there, we just aren't familiar with them all.

The Top Ten

1 The Horned King (Black Cauldron)

He wants to rule the world by causing, essentially the zombie apocalypse! This is a movie ahead of its time. Disney was the only company interested in dungeons and dragons at this period. Dragonslayer alongside. Cool villain cool voice. It was a catalysts for the Renaissance of Disney.

2 Sykes (Oliver and Company)
3 Ratigan (The Great Mouse Detective) Ratigan (The Great Mouse Detective)

This guy is awesome. He is terrifying yet lovable, and even comedic at times. Not only that, but he FEEDS ONE OF HIS OWN HENCHMEN TO A HUGE MONSTER CAT. You can't get more evil than Ratigan.

I love Vincent Price. He's so awesome!

Best villain song ever. - IcyMuffin99

Definitely bra - lolsy

4 Oogie Boogie (The Nightmare Before Christmas) Oogie Boogie (The Nightmare Before Christmas)

I don't know if many people have noticed this, but this guy seems to like to torture more than kill.

5 Madame Medusa (The Rescuers) Madame Medusa (The Rescuers)

Like many villains she's very greedy, evil, and a bit on the crazy side. She's also selfish and double-crossing, like a villain. Basically, she's anything a villain should be. But at the same time, she has funny moments. One of my favorite moments are when she sees Bianca and Bernard and starts to panic. I laugh until my eyes water. I also like when Bianca and Bernard and the swamp critters beat up Medusa and help Penny to escape. It's hilarious!

I laugh so hard when she sees Bianca and Bernard and starts out. She tries shooting them but is a horrible shot. That part is funny as hell!

Medusa and snoops are both funny as heck. - nintendofan126

6 Ratcliffe (Pocahontas)

A grown man with pigtails and a pug. Ooh, scary. - IcyMuffin99

7 Sharpay (High School Musical)
8 Rourke (Atlantis)

Not important if it's leave an entire civilty fall into oblivion, hit an extremely old men and sell an ancient sentient font of power and longevity to someone that probably will use it for win an upcoming world war, if well payed he will do it

9 Percival C. McLeach (The Rescuers Down Under)

So great and so underrated. This movie is a Disney classic and he makes a pretty good villain. He's a greedy, evil, and slightly psychotic poacher with a love for hunting. He's even got his own twisted lyrics for "Home on the Range". He's ruthless, even towards kids. He's even seen throwing knives near Cody's head in order to get information out of him; he also cruelly lies to Cody about Marahute being killed so he could follow him to her whereabouts. That says a lot about him. However, he also has some funny moments, especially when he's angry at his pet lizard Joanna. He deserves more recognition.

10 Alameda Slim (Home On the Range)

The Contenders

11 Prince Hans (Frozen) V 1 Comment
12 Mr. Dark (Something Wicked This Way Comes)
13 Sid (Toy Story)

He's a bit creepy and tortures toys for his own pleasure. Enough said.

14 The Wolf (Make Mine Music/Peter and The Wolf) V 1 Comment
15 Oliver Sansweet (The Incredibles)

While he's not considered a villian by many people but he should be considering that he managed to do what so many super villians have failed to do bring down a super hero in court, Oliver sues Mr. Incredible for saving him when he tries to commit suicide which starts a chain of lawsuits against the supers that forces them to undetground. - egnomac

16 Forte (Beauty and the Beast)

Who is FORTE? Never heard of him in Beauty and the Beast his name is Gaston

His The pipe organ from The Enchanted Christmas. - egnomac

17 Ramsey (The Haunted Mansion)
18 Merlock (Ducktales The Movie)
19 Captain Hook (Peter Pan) Captain Hook (Peter Pan) Captain James Hook is a fictional character, the antagonist of J. M. Barrie's play Peter Pan; or, the Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up and its various adaptations, in which he is Peter Pan's archenemy.

He is so comical. For a villain, he's kind of a sissy, especially when the crocodile comes for him; I also laugh when Peter Pan gets the better of him and cries about it. That's why he's so funny and loveable. I'm glad that he's never actually killed. It wouldn't be as good without him. How can anyone not like him. I love him. He's hilarious!

20 Br'er Fox (Song of the South) Br'er Fox (Song of the South) Br'er Fox is the primary antagonist in the animated sequences of the 1946 feature film Song of the South . He is a character from the Uncle Remus folktales adapted and compiled by Joel Chandler Harris .
