1 Rage Against The Machine Rage Against the Machine is a rap metal band formed in Los Angeles, California. The band consists of vocalist Zack de la Rocha, bassist Tim Commerford, guitarist Tom Morello and drummer Brad Wilk.

Unless other bands on the scene, their music is highly political and controversial, but, their sound is highly hardcore.

Just like they said: "Come and play, come and play. Forget about the movement".

They are more focused on Industrial today, but they were somewhat Nu Metal on the late 90's-early 2000's.
