Most Underrated Hunger Games Characters
Clove Kentwell is a fictional character in the The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. She was portrayed by 19 year old Isabelle Fhurman in the film adaptation. I honestly think that Clove doesn't get the credit she deserves, and neither do most of the Careers. I mean, they're just kids trying to get home too. None of them should've been thrown into the arena, and Clove was just trying to survive. Also, she was smart enough and skilled enough that she or Cato likely would've won if Katniss weren't the main character.
To be honest, if Katniss wasn't the main character, Clove and Cato would've won. I mean, the amount of times Clove could've and should've killed her is crazy! Katniss mainly lived all times because she is the main character.
Clove is a bad ass and if the games were a real thing and Katniss wasn’t obviously going to survive, Clove would’ve won. She is much more down to business then Glimmer. Also, her knife throwing skills are EPIC!

Foxface is a fictional character in the Hunger Games franchise. She was portrayed by Jacqueline Emerson. She was so smart and cunning. She should have won. She studied the plants and berries before the games. In real life she would not have eaten the berries. She didn’t want to kill anyone she just wanted to survive. You go Finch! (That’s her real name, by the way.)

I don't know why, but I kinda like glimmer, she's kinda pretty, and I just kind of feel bad for her when she died, I think she was just allying with Cato because she thought he might kill her if they didn't get to know each other, I mean… isn't that something that you might have done?
Shes so underrated the only reason she died was cause she tripped.

1 like gale, and he's pretty cool, in catching fire, he didn't just stand back & do nothing. he stood up for that old lady and helped her (in the movie)and also, I just kind of feel bad for him he was with Katniss, until the reaping started, he had to give her up because she was forced to love Peeta. So, mostly feel bad for him.
