You really have to look into black panthers back story and powers too see how truly awesome he is. You also have to understand his extremely important role to his family's history, and to Wakanda.

He's pretty good, but a bow and arrow are slow firing rate... so Hawkeye can't shoot at a fast rate compared to a gun, people can shoot him with a gun or their powers very quickly while he is slowly reloading!

He is way too overrated, come on his girlfriend got killed by GREEN GOBLIN and he could'nt do anything about it + His webs stink people like hulk, superman, deadpool, black panther, and even batman can dodge or cut right through his webs... this guy should be underrated... not overrated!

If I only had to choose only between underrated or overrated. I'd say overrated because the most popular superheroes are the ones that get overrated. I do love Spider-Man anyway.
