11 The Amazing World of Gumball
The Amazing World of Gumball is a British-Australian-German-American-Irish children's animated television series created by Ben Bocquelet for Cartoon Network.
The Amazing World of Gumball deserves more credit.
It's a comedy based show, It doesn't need an overarching story to be good, each episode stands in its own. Compared to other Cartoon Network shows (adventure time, Steven universe), it doesn't have a huge fan base. Which is sad because it's so funny and creative.
I like the little details, like how the characters are from other failed show pitches, or how a professional photographer takes the background pictures instead of using stock photos. The show uses child voice actors, which is often difficult for shows because as the children grow up their voices change. They addressed this in the show, and had a cool rap number.
